All orders received after 12:00 PM CST will be reviewed the following business day.
Please be advised that product availability and the volume of orders will greatly effect processing time.

If you need to change your shipping address, reply to your order confirmation e-mail with your previous address AND new shipping address.
You are responsible for keeping your address book current.
You must submit your request by replying to your order confirmation e-mail. A support representative will review your request and will either
- Cancel both orders so that you can place a new one.
- Combine them under their discretion.
Reply to your order confirmation e-mail.
Orders that have not yet been processed will be reviewed at our discretion.
Cancellations on pre-orders and/or group buy items are not accepted.

Customers have reported positive experiences using Route shipping insurance. We highly suggest opting in for Route shipping insurance during checkout.

Contact us immediately if there is an issue with the address you have entered. It's your responsibility to keep up-to-date with your address book.
Shipments that have been returned due to incorrect address(es) will be cancel your order, followed by a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Group buy / Preorders
Cancellation(s) are not accepted during production. All requests must be submitted prior to gb/preorder end date.
1. Orders for these products will be accepted during the disclosed time period.
2. Once the preorder is closed, a bulk order is placed with the manufacturer (if MOQ is met).
3.Once the product(s) have been produced, they will be shipped to us (Project Keyboard).
4.The shipment will undergo QC (quality control) inspection. Issue that do not meet our expectations can delay the initial shipping date.
5. When the product(s) are verified, orders will then be shipped out in the order they were placed.
Orders with combined in-stock & pre-order items are subject to cancellation.
